1 Cup Milk 1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Flour 1 Cup Peaches Canned is fine 1 Cup Peach juice Strained from canned peaches
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400
Place stick of butter in Pyrex baking dish, put in the oven and leave until the butter melts. Do not leave it for too long or the butter will burn.
Mix the flour, sugar, milk and juice together well in a mixing bowl.
Carefully pour the mix into the melted butter in the Pyrex dish.
Drop the peach slices, one by one, in random areas throughout the mixture. be sure that they are evenly distributed.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown on top.
