Easy Canned Peach Cobbler Recipe

This recipe is quick and easy to make, using only a few affordable ingredients. It creates a cobbler that is chewy moist on the inside with a crisp buttery crust.

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 Pyrex Baking Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Peaches Canned is fine
  • 1 Cup Peach juice Strained from canned peaches

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Place stick of butter in Pyrex baking dish, put in the oven and leave until the butter melts. Do not leave it for too long or the butter will burn.
  • Mix the flour, sugar, milk and juice together well in a mixing bowl.
  • Carefully pour the mix into the melted butter in the Pyrex dish.
  • Drop the peach slices, one by one, in random areas throughout the mixture. be sure that they are evenly distributed.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown on top.
